We worked with photographer Claudia and videographer Julio at NOW Larimar in Punta Cana. We are very very satisfied with the work they did. Our video trailer came out awesome as well as all of our photos. Claudia seemed to have a knack for being in the right place at the right time when she was shooting our big day. She was friendly, efficient and spunky and we really appreciate the work she did. Julio did a great job editing our video and frankly we barely noticed he was there, which is what you want of both your photographer and/or videographer. The speed in which they had all of our stuff ready for us was very impressive as well. No regrets using them, they were one of the best parts of our trip for sure.

We choose WBA as they were recommended by the resort we chose for our wedding (Now Onyx Punta Cana). Working with WBA was wonderful, all of our photos and video came out wonderfully and they captured all the photos I knew I wanted. Our day of photographer Maxi was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and our photos are stunning. Thank you so much to the WBA team for making our wedding day so perfect!

I’m a wedding planner. Except.... I’m not writing this review from my experience working with WBA STUDIOS on a mutual client. Surprise I AM the client. As you can imagine from doing so many weddings, my expectations are naturally high because of what I do and it’s allot of pressure capturing a really important and sentimental moment for a couple but even more for another vendor. My husband worked with the on-site planner @Secrets Punta Cana, Francena to book the photographer for our 10 year vow renewal so I had little to do with the selection. I literally took a back seat and didn’t plan anything. I knew I wanted photos that were super styled (magazine worthy) that looked natural yet beautifully composed. I sent my husband some pictures for inspiration. And so I just threw it out there and figured I’d see just how good the photographer would translate my ask. I wasn’t going to direct my own day.

The day of the renewal was the cloudiest crappiest day of our entire trip with rain on and off. Sabrina was our assigned photographer and she was cheery, engaging and moved quickly. I watched as she took detail shots and was pleased that she had put together a beautifully composed photo so that told me this should actually be good. She was a little concerned about the overcast weather outside because apparently most people getting married in DR want the sunshine.... not me. Why? Well because I have blue eyes and if it was sunny I would a) melt and b) squint the ENTIRE PHOTOSHOOT. Trust me you want overcast if you have sensitive eyes, plus I wanted a boho vibe so... it was legit my perfect day. So Sabrina took our photos and I was so excited and could tell that she knew EXACTLY what I was going for and got the vision. We took our pictures and had a wonderful time, she was a blast. She also will tell you to fix this or that so you don’t end up with annoying details that don’t belong in your pictures, which I appreciated tremendously. A few days later I got our first proof and I was in some sort of weird shock. The pictures took my breath away. It looked like the million pinterest posts from bridal magazines you hoped to emulate and pinned like 500 times on your board. I couldn’t believe the people in the pictures were really us. I was proud and excited. I couldn’t wait for the others to come through. A week to the day, as promised, the photos were delivered. All of them were GORGEOUS. This is my honest thought, I went into this blindly not knowing what I would get. I match couples with photographers regularly so for me not to have any control whatsoever over MY OWN vow renewal was certainly strange. As a bride yes totally had a good time and am very pleased with the photos. As a wedding planner, they have exceeded my expectations and not only understood my vision but translated it flawlessly. Don’t bother searching further, you have found the right photographer. Take it from someone who would never leave a review for another vendor if they weren’t satisfied. 🙂 I am including the inspiration photos I sent over so you can see them as well. Me and my husband had our wedding in Punta Cana. The legal ceremony was at the beach of Secrets Royal Beach. We are really happy that we choose this hotel and Francina which is a wedding coordinator there. She took care of everything from flower of my hair to communication with the judge. We also already received photos from the wedding and we are really happy with them. Sabrina was our photographer and she is the best.

To Maxi Cory… Marie and I want to thank you for the wonderful pictures you took for our renewal of our wedding vows for our 50th wedding anniversary. You managed to capture the most precious moments even though we didn’t know you were there. You made our day one that we will always remember as we reminisce in future years. We were on vacation in July 2024 and we were staying at Majestic Elegance. I planned to propose to my girlfriend, so I asked the staff if they have any recommendations. They recommend WbaStudio for professional photos, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Our photographer was able to capture the whole

We got married at Now Onyx Punta Cana on December 6, 2019. Our photographer Nico was INCREDIBLE! We cannot say enough good things to describe his attention to detail and professionalism. He is extremely patient and had a smile on his face the entire time. Our pictures turned out so much better than we could have ever imagined all thanks to Nico. We changed resorts for our honeymoon 3 days after our wedding and Nico actually drove to our new resort twice to show and bring us our pictures. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. I 1000% recommend WBA Studios. Thank you Nico!

I just got home from my wedding at Breathless Punta Cana and Nico from WBA was our photographer. In just one word Nico was AMAZING!!! From the very first meeting working out the package we wanted and working out the details Nico was patient and kind. Day of when we did our getting ready shots Nico made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world, which is exactly how a bride should feel. He kept me calm and ensured that everything was going according to plan. Nico was passionate and used his expertise to suggest certain shots/poses that I think will turn our perfectly!!! Nico was super attentive and was there every step of the way to capture every beautiful moment. I'm so glad that we chose Nico & WBA Studio for our special day!!!!

My husband and I as soon as we met Nico knew we were in GREAT hands! Our initial meeting before the wedding was perfect. We felt so confident and comfortable. WBA is amazing! When I started the wedding planning, my friend who does photography was going to come with us. But at the last moment, he wasn't able to travel with us. I was so worried about the pictures. But from the first moment I met Nico, he put us at ease! He did such an incredible job & I couldn't have asked for more. He was so personable and interactive. I loved that he came into it with a plan for what pictures he wanted to capture, but was also extremely open to suggestions of other shots I wanted. Nico clearly has a passion for what he does!!!
